Endometriosis Support & Healing Scar Tissue After Laparoscopy: You’re Not Broken
I know what it’s like to be told “nothing’s wrong” — when every inch of your body says otherwise.
I lived for years in pain. Not just physical — though that was brutal enough — but emotional pain too. The kind of pain that comes from being dismissed. Misunderstood. Ignored.
When I was finally diagnosed with fibroids and stage 2 endometriosis, it was after a dual laparoscopy — two tiny scars that would change everything. And still, I wasn’t believed. Not fully. I was told I was “too young” for a hysterectomy. Told I’d “regret” choosing that option. Told I might be “making it up.”
I remember one specialist shouting at me. Another rolled her eyes. The worst part? It was often women who made me feel the smallest.
But I knew what I needed. I knew what my body was screaming for.
And when I finally had the surgery — a total hysterectomy — it was like the sky cracked open. Within days, my pain had dropped by 75%. Within weeks, I was walking again, breathing again, living again.
And yet, the surgery wasn’t the end of the story. Not for me. Not for most women. Scar tissue after laparoscopy can create lingering pain and tension — unless it’s properly addressed.
That experience led me to retrain — and eventually create Sunshine Holistic Therapy. Because you shouldn’t have to go through what I went through to feel seen, heard, and helped.
That’s why I now help women with endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, and complex abdominal issues through a whole-woman, hands-on approach:
Abdominal manipulation and massage to release restrictions and encourage flow
360-degree breathing to soothe the nervous system and support pelvic balance
Scar care, nutrition, and gentle physical therapy — all tailored to your needs
Because you are not broken. And there is something that can help.
If you’re struggling with endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids, or digestive discomfort...
💛 There is hope. 💛 There is help. 💛 And you are not alone.
