My fascia work helps ease restrictions that can limit movement and feed into pain patterns. If it’s needed, I’ll also use silicone cupping to lift and mobilise the tissues in ways hands alone can’t.

2. Do I need to be fit or sporty? Not at all. Despite the name, sports massage isn’t just for athletes.
