Release, Restore, Rebuild™

What is visceral manipulation?
Visceral manipulation is a gentle, highly targeted manual therapy that works with the body’s internal structures, the organs, connective tissues, and ligaments, to restore natural movement and balance. By releasing restrictions deep within the abdomen, this therapy can ease pain, improve mobility, and support whole-body health.

What is Visceral manipulation used for?
Common uses include: * Abdominal and pelvic pain (including symptoms linked to endometriosis and adenomyosis). * Digestive problems: bloating, reflux, constipation, discomfort after eating. * Back, hip or rib pain caused by tension through the diaphragm and internal tissues. * Scar tissue and adhesions, helping tissues regain movement and reduce pulling or tight sensations. * Improving posture and general mobility by restoring internal motion.

How does it work?
Your organs are suspended by connective tissue that links to your spine, pelvis and ribs. When that tissue tightens (after surgery, inflammation or stress) it can pull the body out of alignment. Visceral manipulation uses gentle, precise pressure to: Release restrictions layer by layer. Improve blood flow and lymphatic drainage. Allow organs and tissues to move back into their natural position, easing pressure, pain and digestive symptoms.

Could this therapy be right for you?
If you have ongoing abdominal pain, scar tightness, unexplained digestive symptoms or a “pulling” feeling after surgery, visceral manipulation may help. Many clients notice: less day-to-day pain, easier digestion and breathing, better posture, and freer movement. It’s non-invasive and adapts to where you are in your recovery.

Release. Restore. Rebuild.™
This approach reflects everything I do. Whether it’s through visceral manipulation, scar therapy, or soft-tissue massage, the goal is always the same: to help your body release what’s stuck, restore healthy movement, and rebuild strength and confidence from the inside out.
